| Mini Pak'r Air Cushion System  The Mini Pakr' Air cushion system is arguably the most versatile void fill option for small to medium uses. The machine is simple to use. Plug it in, load the film and it is ready to go. The machine utilises an internal air source, so there's no need for compressed air. The system uses RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to identify the roll type and automatically adjust to the correct setting. For the more advanced operators the machine can be manually adjust to further suit unique requirements. The machine operates at 7.5m / minute. There are a number of different air cushion types to choose from to suit a variety of packaging applications from cushioning to block and brace to void fill. The machine is compact (36cm(L) x 33cm(W) x 28cm(H), weighs only 6 kg and fits almost anywhere. This system eliminates the need for storing traditional packaging materials such as bubble wrap and loose fill. Use the optional wall mounting bracket to position it above the packing area, saving even more space. |
